About The Method
The Pulse Fit Method is a modernized, rhythmical twist on a classic aerobic class. Using the beat of the music, exercises can be intensified or isolated.
The Pulse Fit Method is an aerobic and anaerobic workout that involves short strength combinations, which are sure to make you sweat and feel the burn! The workouts revolve around the use of light weights (3lbs or less) or heavy weights (5lbs or more) to create variety.
Pulsing while the muscle is in isolation, makes you work both large and small muscle groups. Building lean muscle increases your metabolism and on the exterior gives you that toned and defined look. This workout is for any fitness level and can be increased in intensity for those seeking a challenge.

About Pamela
Pamela began studying dance at the age of 3. She studied dance for 20 years through various prestigious academies across Toronto and completed exams through the National Ballet of Canada. She received her degree in Fine Arts majoring in Theatre Dance from Ryerson University in 2006. Pamela then spent several years performing with various dance companies in Toronto before deciding to pursue fitness. In 2009, Pamela obtained her Personal Training certification and continued her education by receiving a diploma in Holistic Nutrition. Pamela’s dance background allows her to teach fitness from a different perspective, paying close attention to technique, rhythm, agility and coordination at one time. The Pulse Fit Method is a modernized, rhythmical twist on a classic aerobic class. Using the beat of the music, exercises can be intensified or isolated to really feel the burn!
